DAY 01 : March 01 – Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi, meet and greet by the company representative and transfer to the hotel.

DAY 02 : March 02 – Delhi
Full day sightseeing of Old & New Delhi. Overnight in Hotel

DAY 03 : March 03 –  Delhi – Agra
Drive to Agra. Visit Taj Mahal & Agra Fort. Optional visit of the Mohabbat-the-Taj show in Kalakriti. Overnight in Hotel

DAY 04 : March 04 – Agra – Fatehpur Sikri  – Jaipur
Drive to Jaipur en route visit Fatehpur Sikri. proceed for half day local sightseeing of Jaipur. Overnight in Hotel

DAY 05 : March 05 – Jaipur
Visit to Amer Fort. Afternoon half day sightnseeing of Jaipur. Overnight in Hotel

DAY 06 : March 06 – Jaipur – Varanasi (by air)
Take the flight to Varanasi. Introduction to “Himalayan yoga & Meditation”, overview of the retreat. Overnight in Hotel

DAY 07 : March 07 –  Varanasi
0630 to 0800 hrs: Joints & Exercise, Systematic Relaxation & short Meditation.
1000 to 1200 hrs: Workshop: Proper sitting.
1500 to 1630 hrs: Workshop: Science of Breath.
Practicum: Diaphragmatic breathing.
1730 to 1845 hrs: Practicum:Ha-tha- Yoga.
1845 to 1915 hrs: Practicum: Beginning Guided Meditation with So-Ham.
Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 08 : March 08 – Varanasi
0630 to 0800 hrs: Joints & Glands Exercise, Systematic Relaxation & short Meditation.
1000 to 1200 hrs: Lecture: Introducation to Ashtanga Yoga.
1500 to 1845 hrs: Workshop: Alternate nostril breathing.
1730 to 1845 hrs: Practicum: Ha-tha- Yoga.
1845 to 1915 hrs: Practicum: Beginning Guided Meditation with So-Ham.
Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 09 : March 09 – Varanasi
0630 to 0800 hrs: Morning boat in the Ganges.
1000 to 1200 hrs: Practicum: Guided Relaxation Diaphragmatic breathing.Lecture: Practical application og Yamas & Niyamas in daily life.
1500 to 1630 hrs: Workshop : 6 steps of asana.
1730 to 1845 hrs: Practicum: Gental streatching and breathing practices.
1845 to 1915 hrs: Beginning Guided Meditation with So-Ham.
Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 10 : March 10 – Varanasi
0630 to 0800 hrs: Joints & Glands Exercise, Systematic Relaxation, alternate nostril breathing & short Meditation.
1000 to 1200 hrs: Lecture: Four primitive fountains of life. Practicum: Diaphragmatic breathing.
1500 to 1630 hrs: Workshop Philosophy of Ha-tha Yoga.
1730 to 1845 hrs: Cultural program.
Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 11 : March 11 –  Varanasi
0630 to 0800 hrs: Joints & Glands Exercise, Systematic Relaxation, alternate nostril breathing & short Meditation.
1000 to 1200 hrs: Lecture: Mediation in daily life. Practicum: Diaphragmatic breathing.
1500 to 1630 hrs: Lecture: Mantra (what and why).
1730 to 1845 hrs: Practicum: Ha-tha- Yoga.
1845 to 1915 hrs: Practicum: Beginning Guided Meditation with So-Ham.
Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 12 : March 12 – Varanasi
0630 to 0800 hrs: Joints & Glands Exercise, Systematic Relaxation, alternate nostril breathing & short Meditation.
1000 to 1200 hrs: Lecture: Food Sadhana, Practicum: Diaphragmatic breathing.
1500 to 1630 hrs: Lecture: Breath and Emotions. Free time to explore Varanasi.
Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 13: March 13 – Varanasi – Delhi & Departure
Take the flight back to Delhi and board the connecting flight back home.
